Directed Online Sales Terms and Conditions
All Orders imply full acceptance of the terms/conditions below & supersede any verbal or written agreement.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Directed Online. Prices quoted are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of this quotation.
- A 50% deposit is required before production begins on orders exceeding $10,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Production schedules begin upon receipt of approved artwork, signed quotation and required deposit.
- Client is responsible for verifying all artwork, copy, sizes and colors prior to approval. Directed Online is not liable for errors in approved files.
- Shipping, freight, installation, permits and applicable taxes are not included unless expressly itemized above.
- Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and may affect the delivery schedule.
- Title passes upon delivery; risk of loss passes to the client upon shipment. Claims must be submitted within five (5) business days of receipt.
